These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TRISNA HERDIAN regarding TRISNA WALLET hardware wallet products and services.

By using our products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the modified Terms.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services
• Comply with all applicable laws

3.1 Hardware Wallet

TRISNA WALLET is an NFC hardware wallet for cryptocurrency cold storage with:

• Secure element chip
• NFC technology
• Multi-currency support
• AES-256 encryption

3.2 Prototype Status

Product is in prototype phase. You acknowledge:

• Features may change
• Bugs may exist
• Performance may vary

3.3 Limitations

• We provide hardware only, not financial advice
• You are responsible for security
• Loss may result in permanent cryptocurrency loss
• We cannot recover lost keys

4.1 Security

You must:

• Protect device from loss or theft
• Securely store seed phrases
• Not share PIN or credentials
• Follow security recommendations

4.2 Legal Use

• Use only for lawful purposes
• Comply with cryptocurrency regulations
• Not use for illegal activities
• Report taxes as required

5.1 Pricing

Prices subject to change. Changes don't affect placed orders.

5.2 Payment

Payment required before processing. Accepted methods:

• Cryptocurrency
• Bank transfer (Indonesia)
• Wire transfer

5.3 Processing

Orders processed within 5-7 business days.

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes and duties.

6.1 Options

• Domestic Indonesia: 3-7 days
• International: 7-21 days

6.2 Risk

Risk transfers upon delivery to carrier.

7.1 Policy

• Unopened: 14 days for refund minus shipping
• Opened: Only if defective
• Initialized: Cannot be returned

7.2 Process

8.1 Limited Warranty

12 months warranty for manufacturing defects. Does not cover:

• Normal wear
• User damage
• Modifications
• Cryptocurrency loss

8.2 Support

Free technical support for 12 months via email.

We disclaim:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Warranties of fitness
• Warranties of error-free operation

We do not guarantee:

• Cryptocurrency value
• Universal compatibility
• Protection from all threats
• Fund recovery

TRISNA HERDIAN NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of cryptocurrency
• Unauthorized access
• Product malfunctions
• Network failures
• Value changes
• Regulatory actions

TOTAL LIABILITY LIMITED TO PURCHASE PRICE.

You agree to indemnify TRISNA HERDIAN from claims arising from:

• Your use of products
• Violation of Terms
• Violation of laws
• Cryptocurrency loss

12.1 Ownership

All content is property of TRISNA HERDIAN.

12.2 License

Limited license for personal use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer
• Modify products
• Remove notices
• Resell without authorization

You acknowledge:

• Transactions are irreversible
• Values are volatile
• Regulations vary
• Technology risks exist
• Loss may be permanent

13.1 No Insurance

Cryptocurrency is NOT insured. Loss is permanent.

Do not use for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraud
• IP infringement
• Harassment
• Hacking attempts

We may terminate access for violations. Termination does not affect cryptocurrency on your device.

16.1 Informal Resolution

16.2 Arbitration

Disputes resolved through arbitration in Indonesia.

Governed by laws of Republic of Indonesia.
